Bonjour, I am Delphine Breyne, a French artist with 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. Specializing in the French conservative aesthetic, I am transforming the world of couture microblading and restorative beauty.
I am passionate about creating timeless "French girl" eyebrows through my unique semi-permanent tattooing technique. My expertise also extends to makeup and restorative services including semi-permanent eyeliner, lip shading, areola micropigmentation, scalp pigmentation, and scar camouflage through micropigmentation.
I am proud to bring the Parisian experience to New York at my atelier. Here, I provide a light touch and deep intention in a comfortable and personalized approach that prioritizes each patient’s individual needs. I believe that taking the time to listen, understand, and capture your unique personality is essential to the process. My goal is not only to enhance your eyebrows but also to uplift your soul, helping you feel like the best version of yourself, both inside and out.

My Story
With over 25 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry, I have honed my ability to quickly see the perfect shape, color, and form for every face. As an international model, I have always been fascinated by beautiful eyebrows, particularly since my own were not naturally full. This led me to research various methods for achieving natural-looking eyebrows, and I found that semi-permanent makeup, specifically microblading, was the ideal solution.
After experiencing the remarkable results of microblading for myself, I was inspired to become a micropigmentation makeup artist and hone my skills under the tutelage of the world's best in both the United States and Europe. With certifications from three countries and training in Ukraine, I have a deep understanding of my clients' unique styles and needs. My specialty is individualized natural looks that I refer to as Eyebrow Couture.
Above all, my passion is helping people feel great about themselves and their appearance. Every month, I donate my skills and services to cancer patients, which is a cause near and dear to my heart. Having experienced the impact of breast cancer firsthand with four members of my family, I am dedicated to doing my part to support the global effort towards finding a cure. A percentage of my profits is donated to this cause.
